About refunds for unused Extra Stones (Paid)

Due to the termination of THE PEGASUS DREAM TOUR service, we will refund unused Extra Stones (Paid) to customers who still have them.
Refunds will be made through the Google Play Store and App Store.

Refund application period

Monday, January 31, 2022, 18:00 (JST) – Friday, April 29, 2022, 17:59 (JST)

How to request a refund

The refund method differs depending on whether the store where you purchased the Extra Stone (paid) was from the Google Play Store or the App Store.

For users who purchased Extra Stones (paid) from Google Play Store, you can request a refund by entering your User ID (Player ID) in the form under "MENU" on the top screen and clicking "Send“.

* If you are logged in, your User ID will be automatically entered.

For users who have purchased Extra Stones (Paid) from the App Store, please inquire from the official Apple website.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued from the Google Play Store and App Store, respectively.

Refund Precautions

* Please refrain from deleting the app or reinstalling the app after changing the model until the refund is completed, as there is a risk of losing your data.

* The data cannot be transferred during the refund period.

* If you have lost your User ID, you will not be eligible for a refund.

* The refund will not apply to Extra Stones that have already been consumed (Paid) or are currently in your possession (free).

* We will not inform you whether or not you have unused Extra Stones (Paid) or how much you can get back.

* If you have purchased Extra Stones from both the Google Play Store and App Store, please submit a refund request for each store.

* The refund process will take some time. If you do not receive a refund, please contact the respective store.
